What do I need in order to use TCM Pro?
Nothing more than what you are already using to browse this page, i.e. an internet access and a browser. TCM Pro works with Windows and OSX, and most of the browsers. Nevertheless, in order to take the most of the software technical features, we strongly advised you to use a modern browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer (version 9+). Last, although we made it so you can use it on a Tablet or a Smartphone, we are working on improving the ergonomy on those devices.
Will I benefit from future upgrades with my current licence?
Sure. Your licence covers the current and future platform. In an evolving way, we are regularly adding new modules and features to Zhongyi Pro web (diagnostic assistance, acupuncture, formula comparison, etc), and you will benefit of them within your licence frame, without extra payment.
Is my licence automatically renewed?
If you take out a subscription via your user account, the procedure is automated and you will be debited on the expiry date of your annual or monthly subscription depending on what you have chosen. To ensure that your access to paid features is never interrupted, automatic renewal is enabled by default on paid subscriptions. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time to cancel your subscription.
In both cases, if you are not renewing your licence, your data (formulas, consultations, etc) will be backed up on our servers during 6 months in case you decide to reactivate your licence. If not it will be deleted.
Is my data securely stored on the platform?
The servers hosting the platform my.tcm-pro.com are using the latest SSL technology in order to encrypt your personal data, your patients and consultations data, as well as your credit card data (which is not saved on our servers) when you purchase a licence. All those operations are entirely secured. We are also taking all the technical measures to prevent any malicious intrusion intent. Obviously it is up to you to ensure that your login details are not disclosed publicly and to export your lists of patients and consultations to back up your data.
Can I upgrade my licence plan anytime?
Definitely. If you wish to upgrade from a Student plan to a Practitioner plan, all you need is sending us a message on the Contact page.
What types of payment are accepted?
For the time being, we are only using PayPal. Paypal accepts most of the Credit cards available in your country.
I registered but did not receive any confirmation/validation email
When you register, we are sending a mail which contains a link to validate your email address, which activates your account. The first reason why one is not receiving this email is because the email address was mistyped. Second most frequent reason is because our email ended up in your spam box.
I registered, but my credentials are not accepted
You received an email with a link you need to click in order to activate your account. If you did, then maybe your Username or Password are mistyped (remember they are case sensitive). If you forgot your password, you have the possibility to change it using the link at the bottom of the login frame.
